How to return a part and what conditions apply.
Return Eligibility
At Partsq.Net, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
- The part is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- Original packaging, labels, and tags are intact
- The item has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item was delivered
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or installed parts
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Special order or custom parts
- Electrical items once installed or tested
Return Process
- Contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange pickup or return instructions
- Once the item is inspected, your return will be approved
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped — we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind — the customer is responsible for return shipping
